About the service

An end-to-end move

The commonest mistake in a move is underestimating the volume. A two-room flat looks like one van and a couple of hours, and turns out to be two trips and six hours of work. So we start with an estimate: the dispatcher asks about the number of rooms, the floor, the lift and any bulky items, then picks the right van and crew size.

A one-room flat usually takes 3–4 hours with one van and two loaders. A two-room flat takes 5–6 hours. For a three-room flat, the four-metre van and a crew of three works best.

What the service includes

  • packing crockery, books, clothes and odds and ends into boxes and film
  • dismantling beds, wardrobes, kitchen units and desks
  • protecting fragile items: mirrors, worktops, TVs, glass shelves
  • carrying everything out of the flat and loading the van
  • transport with the load strapped down
  • carrying up to the new floor and placing items room by room
  • reassembling the furniture at the new address
  • if needed, taking unwanted old furniture away for disposal

What a home move costs

A move is billed hourly: an hour of the van plus an hour of each mover. A one-room flat usually takes 3–4 hours, a two-room flat 5–6, a three-room flat 7 or more. The floor, the lift and packing affect the time, not the rate.

We quote the price before the work starts and it does not change, even if the crew runs fifteen minutes over. Payment is due when the move is finished.

How long does a home move take?

Do I need to buy boxes and film myself?

No, we bring packing materials with us. A set — on request, and you pay only for what is actually used.

Do you move plants and aquariums?

House plants and an empty aquarium travel with extra protection. We recommend taking pets in your own car.

Can I move in the evening or at the weekend?

Yes, we work daily from 09:00 to 22:00 with no weekend surcharge.
