What to tell the dispatcher

To get an accurate quote on the first call, have a few details ready:

• what exactly is being moved and roughly how much of it, in boxes or items
• the pick-up address and the delivery address
• the floor and whether there is a goods or passenger lift
• your preferred date and dispatch time
• whether you need loaders, packing materials or furniture dismantling

Opening hours

The dispatch desk takes calls daily from 09:00 to 22:00, Saturdays and Sundays included. Requests on Viber, Telegram and WhatsApp are accepted around the clock — we reply in the morning, or immediately if a crew is free.
