About the service

A cargo taxi that turns up on time

Moving loads across Kyiv is our core service. We send a van to any district of the capital: from Troieshchyna to Teremky, from Borshchahivka to Pozniaky. Working time is counted from the moment the van reaches your address; dispatch is charged separately, at a flat rate the dispatcher quotes when you book.

Inside Kyiv mileage is not metered. However many junctions lie between Obolon and Holosiiv, you pay for hours only.

When you need a van in the city

  • you bought furniture or appliances and need them brought home from a warehouse or superstore
  • you are moving to another flat within the city
  • you need to deliver goods to a client or collect a batch from a logistics centre
  • a renovation has left construction waste and old furniture behind

How the price is built

The rate is hourly and identical for both vans: an hour of the van — on request. The minimum booking is two hours — the market standard, since even a short run with loading and unloading rarely takes less.

If you need movers, an hour of each — on request. The dispatcher will ask about the floor, the lift and the rough volume, then quote the exact amount.

We add no surcharge for fuel, for sitting in traffic, or for working at the weekend.

No — dispatch is charged on top of the working hours, at a flat rate that is the same for every district of Kyiv. The dispatcher quotes it when you book.

Is mileage metered inside the city?

No, mileage within Kyiv is not metered — you pay only for the hours of the van and the loaders.

Can I book a van for a specific hour?

Yes, we take advance bookings for any day and time. For Saturdays and month-end we recommend booking one or two days ahead.
